We follow up with pricing and a proposal tailored to your event. Once you choose your package and we secure your date, the planning begins.

Planning & design
This is where it all takes shape — vendors, budget, layout, design, and timeline, guided by your vision. How hands-on we are depends on your package.

Coordination & final details
As the date nears, we confirm every vendor, walk the venue, finalize the floor plan, and build the timeline that keeps the day moving. By now, the details live with us.

The celebration
On the day, we’re on-site managing everything behind the scenes — vendors, setup, timing, and the inevitable small surprises — so you and your guests can simply be present.

After the event
We oversee breakdown and a smooth close, and follow up afterward. Our hope is that the lasting memory is the celebration itself, never the logistics.
